Money Board Plus for iPhone
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Money Board Plus app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
Money Board Plus is currently offered free of charge and contains no in-app purchases. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and any purchase will be billed to your Apple Account. Auto-renewing subscriptions, if offered, renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can view, manage, or cancel purchases at any time in your App Store account settings. All payments are processed by Apple, not by us.
You agree to use Money Board Plus only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device and your Apple Account secure.
Money Board Plus is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. It is a personal money-management tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; any decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility, and you should verify important figures yourself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud account. iCloud sync mirrors your data between your devices — it is not a backup, it depends on Apple's services and your Apple Account, and it is provided without any guarantee of availability or timeliness. Keeping your own device backups is your responsibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, and the date below shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
